Is the rate review really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. DJ walks you through what you're paying today and what your options are. If your current setup is already a good deal, he'll tell you that too.
What do I need to get started?
A recent merchant processing statement is ideal (one to three months is even better). If you don't have one handy, a quick description of how you take payments is enough to start.
Will I have to replace my equipment?
Not necessarily. Sometimes the savings come from pricing alone. If an upgrade makes sense, there are $0-down hardware options available for many businesses.
What is dual pricing, and is it allowed?
Dual pricing shows customers a cash price and a card price, so card fees are covered by the card price. It's widely used in the US when it's disclosed properly, but rules vary by state and card brand. DJ helps you set it up the compliant way, with the right signage and receipts.
Which processors and POS systems do you work with?
Several. DJ intentionally works with multiple providers so he can match the solution to your business instead of fitting your business into one brand. Already have a system you like? He'll factor that in.
